Cake friends,
We’re thrilled to announce two events happening on the East Coast this October.
In partnership with Water Street Projects, we’re hosting a night of readings and dessert from Candy Land and an after-hours viewing of the new exhibition, Yes Chef, on Thursday, October 3rd in NYC. This event has a much smaller capacity than our typical launches, so make sure to get your tickets as soon as you can.
🎤 Readings by Amy Rose Spiegel, Simon Wu, Sanaë Lemoine, Puloma Ghosh, Katerina Allen-Kefalinos, and Jess Eng.
🎂 Desserts inspired by Candy Land available for purchase by Grayson Samuels, Edward Cabral, and Omari Chapman. Think: lemon cake filled with lychee curd and li hing mui buttercream, highly decorated alegría, and mini dirt ‘n’ worms tiramisu.

📚 Discounted magazines
🍷 Free drinks provided by Yesfolk Tonics, TALEA, and Famille du Vin. Sweet and sour candy provided by Behave.
If you can’t make the reading, we’re throwing a cake party in Philly on October 19.
As a part of Cookbooks and Convos Festival, we’re hosting an evening dedicated to cake and community at Mural City Cellars. Aliza will be chatting with New June Bakery, Cake Life Bake Shop, Party Girl Bake Club, Dreamworld Bakes, and Fiore about their baking practices and inspiration. After the convo, we’ll devour their delicious creations alongside locally-made wine. Each ticket includes unlimited cake, a welcome drink, and a copy of Candy Land. Can’t wait to see you soon.
